There are 2 different theory going on in the market.
Theory 1: People have realized the importance of own home specially tenants and how townships can safeguard you during tough times because of these the demand for real estate will grow
Theory 2: Since the market condition is bad even though people have realised the importance of home, they would not want to create liability due to market unstability.
Only time will tell which theory is perfect.
