Indore Development Authority (IDA) has invited online applications for 9 completed residential units in Scheme No. 114, Rajeev Awas Vihar, Indore.
Applications opened on 15 September 2026 at 2 PM and will remain open until 5 October 2026 at 6 PM.
How much do these IDA Indore homes cost?
The nine residential units fall within a relatively compact price and size range.
These are fixed-price properties. Applicants are therefore not required to compete by increasing the property price.

Payment schedule after successful allotment
IDA has provided a clear two-stage payment structure.

If the required premium is not deposited within the prescribed period, IDA can initiate cancellation proceedings under Rule 12 of the Disposal Rules, 2018.
