Bhiwadi, located in Rajasthan’s Alwar region, is an important industrial and residential centre near Delhi-NCR. Its proximity to major industrial areas and National Highway 48 makes it a residential option for people working in Bhiwadi and surrounding employment centres.
The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has introduced the Aravali Vihar Bhiwadi Special Registration Scheme 2026, offering 77 proposed residential flats under the MIG-A, MIG-B and HIG categories. Estimated prices start at ₹38.50 lakh, with online registration beginning on 17 October 2026.
According to the official RHB registration booklet, applications can be submitted until 16 November 2026 at 6 PM. The authority’s separate scheme listing has also shown 1 December 2026; applicants should therefore confirm the latest deadline through RHB before applying.

Who can apply for Aravali Vihar Bhiwadi flats?
Applicants must be Indian citizens aged at least 18 years and meet the prescribed income and eligibility conditions.

Eligible applicants from outside Rajasthan can also apply, subject to the conditions in the official booklet.
Applicants must submit the prescribed income and identity documents, including PAN, Aadhaar and other supporting documents applicable to their category.
How much is the registration amount?
Applicants must pay the prescribed registration deposit, applicable GST, application fee and processing charges.
The registration deposit is not the same as the ₹354 application fee.
Applicants should make payments only through the official arrangements prescribed by RHB.
How does the RHB Aravali Vihar payment plan work?
The official booklet provides two allotment and payment options.
Under the cash-down method, the applicant follows the prescribed full-payment arrangement.
Under the hire-purchase method, the applicant pays according to the applicable instalment schedule and conditions.
The booklet states that an allotment made under the cash-down category cannot subsequently be converted into hire-purchase.
What is the instalment schedule?
RHB specifies a three-instalment pre-allotment payment arrangement linked to the estimated flat cost and the prescribed pre-allotment amount.
These percentages relate to the prescribed pre-allotment contribution after accounting for the initial registration component. They should not be interpreted as three percentages of the entire flat price.
Applicants should follow the exact amounts and dates in RHB’s payment demand letters.
The booklet also provides for 12% annual interest on delayed instalments, subject to its conditions.
What are the refund and cancellation conditions?
The booklet contains provisions governing unsuccessful applications, withdrawals, delayed payments and cancellations.
Applicants should examine the complete cancellation provisions before submitting registration payments.
