The Rajasthan Housing Board Greenwood Horizon Phase II Housing Scheme 2026 offers 146 HIG 3 BHK apartments in Sector 28, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur. The estimated apartment prices range from ₹73.80 lakh to ₹1.05 crore, with two configurations available under a self-financed housing scheme.
According to the official registration booklet, applications opened on 17 October 2026, with a closing date of 16 November 2026.
The development includes proposed residential amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, landscaped gardens and a dedicated senior-citizen area.
The development proposes 336 apartments in total, while the current Phase II registration round covers 146 apartments remaining after the earlier registration phase.
Greenwood Horizon Phase II flat prices, carpet areas and availability
RHB offers two types of 3 BHK apartments with different floor areas and estimated costs.
The carpet areas are taken from the architectural drawings included in the official booklet, while built-up and super built-up areas are stated in its pricing table.
These are three different area measurements and should not be treated as interchangeable.
The prices are estimated. RHB states that the final cost will be determined according to the applicable scheme rules, considering the actual construction and development costs.
The application fee is ₹354, but applicants must also pay the prescribed registration deposit and processing charges.
Applicants should arrange the full required amount before submitting their applications.
The booklet also contains reduced initial registration-deposit provisions for eligible applicants belonging to certain reserved categories, including SC/ST and specified defence-related groups.
How does the Greenwood Horizon Phase II payment plan work?
The instalment deadlines are calculated from the relevant reservation letter, not from the initial registration date.
Applicable GST is payable separately.
A delay in payment attracts 12% annual interest or penalty under the booklet conditions. Failure to make the required payments may result in cancellation.
Is reservation available in Greenwood Horizon Phase II?
Yes. The booklet provides reservation for eligible categories under Rajasthan Housing Board regulations.
The booklet also provides internal sub-reservations and specific eligibility requirements. Applicants claiming reserved-category benefits must submit the prescribed certificates.
What are the additional charges and refund conditions?
The estimated price of an apartment does not include every possible cost.
RHB also states that the final selling price may differ from the estimated cost.
