Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, is developing through planned residential townships under the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA). Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly are two major residential developments offering opportunities for buyers interested in government-authority residential plots. For families planning to construct their own homes, these schemes provide access to plots through an officially notified allotment process.
The Bareilly Development Authority has announced 163 residential plots through a lottery scheme in Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly. According to its official newspaper advertisement published on 11 October 2026, registration is open from 12 October to 2 November 2026, and the lottery draw will be held on 6 November 2026 at 12 noon.
The plots range from 112.50 sq m to 450 sq m, with the largest number of available plots located in Greater Bareilly Sector 5.
The application dates and lottery schedule are confirmed in BDA’s official public announcement.
Important dates for BDA Bareilly Plot Lottery 2026
BDA has separately scheduled a tender-cum-auction for other properties on 3 November 2026. Applicants should not confuse that auction with the residential plot lottery scheduled for 6 November.
BDA Bareilly: Sector-wise residential plot sizes and availability
According to BDA’s official advertisement, the 163 residential plots are distributed across Ramganga Nagar and Greater Bareilly.
Greater Bareilly Sector 5 accounts for 125 plots, including 122 plots measuring 112.50 sq m. This represents approximately 76.7% of the total residential plots available through the lottery.
Which location has the maximum residential plots?
BDA Bareilly residential plot prices
The official advertisement provides the sizes, categories and availability of the 163 lottery plots, but it does not provide their individual selling prices in the lottery inventory table.
BDA has published separate rates for 67 residential plots being offered through tender-cum-auction. Those rates should not be treated as the confirmed prices for the 163 lottery plots.
Applicants should refer to the relevant BDA registration booklet for the applicable plot prices, deposits, payment schedule and additional charges.
How much is the BDA registration booklet fee?
The official advertisement specifies a registration booklet fee of ₹590, including GST.
The advertisement identifies payment arrangements through designated Punjab National Bank branches and directs applicants to the BDA website for lottery-related registration information.
The ₹590 booklet fee should not be confused with the registration deposit or the cost of the residential plot.
