Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced DDA Janta Awaas Yojana Phase II 2026 for the disposal of 209 EWS flats at the Pragati-1 Group Housing Project on Rohtak Road, near Jakhira Flyover, New Delhi.
The scheme was formally announced through a circular dated 24 September 2026. DDA’s official Housing Circulars page lists the Phase II circular with the same date and a document size of 1.09 MB.
The flats will be allotted through a computerized draw, with online registration scheduled from 7 October to 7 December 2026.
Where are the flats?
The entire inventory covered by the launch circular is located in the Pragati-1 Group Housing Project on Rohtak Road near Jakhira Flyover.
The circular identifies M/s DLF Urban Pvt. Ltd. as the developer entity associated with the project, while DDA is carrying out the disposal of the 209 EWS units under its housing scheme.
For prospective applicants, the location is noteworthy because this inventory is not part of the large concentration of DDA flats frequently offered in Narela.

But applicants should evaluate the scheme on the basis of the final payable cost and usable area, rather than focusing only on the ₹34.86 lakh headline figure. DDA’s published measurement is plinth area including common area, while GST is outside the tentative quoted price.
