Indore Development Authority has opened a fresh lottery-based sale of 657 constructed residential units across three complexes under Scheme No. 136, Indore.
The current offering is divided into three separate official advertisements:
Harsingar Complex — Advertisement No. 157
Gulmohar Complex — Advertisement No. 158
Amaltas Complex CMR-2-3 — Advertisement No. 159
All three advertisements are dated 8 September 2026. Online applications opened on 25 September 2026 at 2:00 PM and will remain open until 19 October 2026 at 6:00 PM. The properties will be allotted through a lottery, not through an e-auction.

This is not one combined 657-unit project launch. These are three separate lottery offers under the same Scheme No. 136, each with its own property schedule and lottery date.

How does the payment process work after selection?
Under the common lottery conditions, the successful applicant is required to make the first prescribed premium payment after selection and issuance of the reservation letter.
The documents also provide for an instalment facility under the prevailing rules where applicable. However, applying for instalments does not by itself postpone the payment deadline or create an interest-free extension.
The exact instalment schedule, applicable interest and other payment conditions are to follow the prevailing rules and the demand/payment schedule issued by IDA.
