Lucknow Development Authority has opened fresh Phase III lottery registration for Aishbagh Square and Park View Apartment in Lucknow. Both housing schemes are currently listed under Ongoing Lottery Registrations on LDA’s official registration portal.
Registration for both schemes started on 7 September 2026 and the portal shows the closing date as 7 October 2026 at 12:00 AM. Both are flat allotments through an online lottery, while the non-refundable booklet charge is ₹1,100 for each scheme.
Aishbagh Square Phase III: Official project details
The underlying project is registered with UP-RERA as The Aishbagh Square.
Its promoter is Lucknow Development Authority, and its registration number is UPRERAPRJ376008/01/2026. The project was registered on 20 January 2026 and is classified as a New project.
UP-RERA records its proposed start date as 1 December 2025 and declared completion date as 9 October 2030. The project is located in Lucknow and the official RERA record identifies the project address through plots 68-D, 68-C, 68-F, 68-B, 68-J, 68-G, 68-K and 68-6.

The project is classified as New, with a proposed start date of 15 February 2026 and a declared completion date of 14 October 2030.
Its official project address covers Khasra Nos. 105, 106, 108, 109, 115 and 117 in Sector J, Basantkunj, Lucknow.

Are these completely new projects?
