Lucknow Development Authority’s Naimish Nagar Yojna is now open for registration.
This is the same Naimish Nagar project that Carpet Area covered in June 2026, but there is one major difference: in June, the scheme was still at the pre-launch stage. Now, buyers can actually register for plots.
According to the current LDA website, registration started on 24 September 2026 and will remain open until 24 October 2026. The scheme is located at Bakshi Ka Talab on the Sitapur Road side of Lucknow.
Where is Naimish Nagar located?
Naimish Nagar is being developed in the Bakshi Ka Talab area on Sitapur Road, Lucknow.
LDA’s original project page says approximately 1,486.689 hectares of land across 18 villages in BKT Tehsil had been identified for the township.
These villages include Bhauli, Laxmipur, Purab Gaon, Purwa, Sairpur, Farrukhabad, Kodri Bhauli, Kamlabad, Kamalapur, Palhari, Gopramau, Barumau, Dhatingara, Saidapur, Paschim Gaon, Dhobaila, Umarbhari and Duggaur.
The estimated land-acquisition cost mentioned on the LDA project page is approximately ₹4,785 crore.
When we(Carpet Area) covered Naimish Nagar in June, LDA was still presenting it as a large proposed township on Sitapur Road. At that time, buyer registration had not started.
Now the scheme has moved forward.
The progress can therefore be understood very simply:

About 4,100 acres = latest launch-stage description
We should not mix the two numbers or pretend that one was never published.
What are Brahma Khand and Bhoomi Khand?
Naimish Nagar is not being developed as one single undivided block.
Two important components are officially registered with UP-RERA.
So when buyers see Brahma Khand and Bhoomi Khand mentioned during registration, these are actual separately registered project components.
How many plots are available in Naimish Nagar?
Before the formal launch, reports referred to around 1,084 plots.
However, newer launch-stage reports give a substantially higher first-phase inventory. One recent report mentions 1,673 plots, while another launch-day report mentions 1,679 plots.
That means there has clearly been a change or revision in the inventory reported around the launch period.

Naimish Nagar has moved from pre-launch to actual registration.
The same project that Carpet Area was tracking in June now has an active registration window from 24 September to 24 October 2026. Brahma Khand and Bhoomi Khand are registered with UP-RERA, residential plots from 72 to 450 sq m are being reported, and the current reported base rate is ₹3,800 per sq ft. The only major figure that should not be presented without qualification is the exact number of plots, because the inventory reported before and immediately after launch is not consistent.
For anyone planning to apply, the safest approach is therefore simple:
Use the latest LDA booklet and live application portal for the final inventory and payable amount, while using the broader project information to understand Naimish Nagar’s location, scale and development plan.
