Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board has issued a revised advertisement for residential houses under Mangal Vihar, Dharmshree Colony, Sagar.
The current offer covers 108 houses across EWS-B, LIG-A, MIG-A and MIG-B categories. According to the official advertisement, registration is available from 24 September 2026 to 31 October 2026.
The scheme is identified as Scheme No. 540 on the MP Housing Board system.
The amount mentioned by the Board is the expected cost of the house. It should therefore not be described as a final all-inclusive sale price.

How are the 108 houses divided?
The current official offer consists of four housing categories.
The largest inventory is in the MIG-B category with 50 houses, followed by 23 EWS-B houses, 21 LIG-A houses and 14 MIG-A houses.
