Mathura-Vrindavan Development Authority has opened registration for a fresh 2026-27 e-auction covering 50 properties across six MVDA schemes.
The inventory includes 13 residential plots, commercial plots, shops, group-housing sites, school plots and nursing-home sites.
Online registration started on 9 September 2026 and closes on 8 October 2026. Applications are to be submitted through MVDA’s official Procure247 platform.
The 8 October, 6:00 PM timing relates to the pre-qualification/PQ opening and should not be treated as the live e-auction time.

The auction therefore serves both individual residential buyers and larger commercial/institutional bidders.
Rukmani Vihar has 12 residential plots
Rukmani Vihar contains the largest residential inventory in the auction.
MVDA’s official schedule lists 12 residential plots ranging from:
50 sq m to 835.77 sq m
The listed rate for these plots is:
₹30,000 per sq m
The ₹15 lakh plot, S-3/110, is marked for the Senior Citizen category, so it should not be treated as a general-category starting price.
The Rukmani Vihar inventory also contains plots marked for categories including Unreserved, OBC and SC.
Other properties across the five schemes
Apart from the 12 residential plots in Rukmani Vihar, the auction includes properties across five other MVDA schemes:

The overall inventory ranges from a 5.48 sq m shop in Kailash Nagar to a 10,069.74 sq m group-housing site in Govind Vihar.
Rates differ by scheme and property use
MVDA has not prescribed one common rate across the entire auction.
These are MVDA-listed rates and estimated values. Since allotment is through e-auction, the final successful bid can be higher.
Applicants should therefore check the individual property’s park, corner and road-width status before calculating the total cost.
