The official RHB page schedules the e-auction for 23 to 25 September 2026 and provides unit-wise details including area, floor, minimum bid price, EMD, location and layout plans.
Minimum bid prices start at ₹1.05 crore and go up to ₹5.74 crore, while the EMD shown against all 23 units is 2%.

The RERA project completion date should not automatically be interpreted as the possession date for each of these specific 23 units.

Rajasthan Housing Board’s Office Order No. 216 dated 22 July 2026 separately approved disposal through Premium Property e-auction of 21 flats in Pratap Nagar.
That order covered:
12 flats — Samriddhi Apartment-I
1 flat — Samriddhi Apartment-II
8 flats — Studio Apartment
These 21 flats are not the same inventory as the 23 Coaching Hub units currently displayed on the Premium Properties September 2026 page.
Therefore, the current September auction article should be based primarily on the current 23-unit official RHB listing.
What should buyers focus on?
The current offering is a premium Jaipur e-auction, not an affordable-housing lottery or first-come-first-serve scheme.
For anyone planning to participate, the most important step is to study the individual unit details, layout and official Terms & Conditions before depositing EMD or entering a bid.
