For residential buyers, the bigger story is therefore not the 511 headline alone, but the availability of hundreds of authority plots and houses across four Madhya Pradesh cities.
Where are the 440 residential plots?

This makes the offer particularly relevant for buyers looking specifically for government-authority residential plots rather than flats.

Are all 511 properties currently showing an APPLY button?
This requires an important clarification.
The complete advertisement schedule adds up to 511 property entries, but when the MPOnline inventory was checked on 2 September 2026, the source had verified only 80 individually actionable APPLY records across 12 Offer IDs.
Those 80 records are a subset of the 511 advertised properties, not additional inventory.

Why does the 511 total need a small clarification?
The official advertisement does not state one overall “511 properties” total.
Its rows enumerate 62 residential buildings, 440 residential plots, six commercial plots and three school plots, which together produce the 511 figure.
There is also a discrepancy within the source document: the Atal Vihar building heading mentions 21 buildings, while the individual property identifiers beneath it total 27. The 511 calculation follows the actual property identifiers rather than the inconsistent heading.
For that reason, the most precise description is:
“The MP Housing Board Khandwa Division advertisement contains 511 property entries when its property-wise schedule is recounted.”
